Continuing his long career in the Fire Service, Jesse is committed to protecting the wildfire-prone communities of Northern California through robust public outreach on emergency preparation measures.

Jesse Alexander has contributed over 23 years to the Fire Service in some of the most wildfire-prone areas of the United States, and is currently the Fire Chief of Yuba City. He has held critical roles in the response effort for the Thomas Fire (2017), Glass Fire (2020), Dixie Fire (2021), Caldor Fire (2021), and Camp Fire (2018).
